A light is from his household gone
A voice they loved is stilled
A place is vacant in their home
That never can be filled
The golden Gates did open,
A gentle voice said, "come"
And with farewell unspoken
they said, "Thy will be done."
May the Blessed Virgin greet you
and present you to her son.
May His Sacred Heart receive you
As it was God's will was done
